Nice prop. The gimmick is fairly well hidden and simple to use. Construction and materials used are decent. My cup arrived with a few scratches, but it certainly will not disrupt the presentation.

This is a good product to start Miser's Dream with. I'd recommend getting the Miser's Dream DVD by Chris Capeheart to go with it. However, if you are trying to decide between the two (Miser's Dream Cup and Miser's Dream DVD) I'd get the DVD. With that being said, The Miser's Cup will allow you to do Miser's Dream quicker and it has an advantage of an easily hidden gimmick to facilitate reproduction of a coin, but you can't hand it out for examination. The Cup is good for walking around, restaurant and close up work. While it has a clink sound, it dosen't have the satisfying (but sharp) sound of a larger bucket/pail which can hurt some people's ears particularly in smaller rooms. You will also need to figure out how to get several coins in the cup for more beliveability. Lastly, the cup allows you to start empty handed, show the cup empty, produce a coin from thin air and repeat.

A wonderful device -- highly recommended, but the included moves are clumsy and boring. I will gladly send a complete routine using this device with many special moves and possibilities upon request-- no charge! This can be the lead in to your entire coin routine!

The effect is priceless and the gimmick is very well hidden. When first examining the cup myself, I could not find it. This is an excellent illusion and can be used for many things including simply vanishing items like rings. Having the spectator go crazy until you reveal the ring in whichever way you choose. Once it's in your hand, the rest is up to you. I love this trick. Thanks guys. =)
