Start with a fireman with all the dogs in plain sight. The other fireman is wherever you want to reproduce him from at the end of the trick, ie in a pocket, etc. The sliding dog is in the side opposite the peeking dog. The front door is closed."Firehouse #3 just had a litter of dalmations delivered and Fireman Dan has his hands full. This looks like more dogs than Fireman Dan can handle!". Place the many dog fireman in the slot to at the rear of the firehouse, thus causing him to vanish. "In fact, one gets away!" Dan frantically searches for the lost puppy which always seem to be one step ahead of both Fireman Dan and the performer, but not the audience. They see the lost puppy as it wanders from Firehouse #3 to Firehouse #7. Move this dog several times back and forth. Have him peek out from behind once or twice. Dont over do it.
We supply a city 'street scene' with two firehouse like structures attached to either end. On the rear of one firehouse is a dog attached to a swivel so he is able to peer out at kids. Note that on the rear of the other firehouse is a slotted section. Use this section to cause one of the fireman to vanish. Also note as the dog slides in the track from one firehouse to the other he can be nade to vanish by sliding him in the firehouse side with the peeking dog.
